【Software】SVCI 6154 Driver Support ODIS-S 10-11 and ODIS-E 15-16

Possible solution to use the yellow SVCI 6154A with ODIS-S 10/11 and ODIS-E 15/16

This solution is similar to the solution to get the old VAS 5054A clones to work with the D-PDU_API 1.20.42.

Last version with the yellow SVCI 6154A.

This solution works for me with OS 10 + 11 and OE 15 + 16 without problems.
